What you will do
- Uncover customers’ pain-points and desired gains Discover and define the problem worth solving by interviewing customers, and mapping inefficiencies in internal processes
- Develop and deliver analytical solutions Design, build, and refine models and algorithms supporting experiments, prototypes, and minimum viable products, using statistical and machine learning approaches
- Translate ideas into structured solutions Turn business or innovation ideas into testable experiments to validate against the data or with the stakeholders
- Own end-to-end delivery Lead analytical workstreams from problem framing to prototype development, validation, and handover to production or scaling teams
- Collaborate and influence stakeholders Work closely with experiment managers, engineers, domain experts, and product teams to build alignment, communicate insights, and ensure adoption of solutions
- Provide technical leadership Mentor other team members, share best practices, and contribute to internal data science communities
