Opportunity
The Contract Performance Monitoring Office monitors contractor compliance with service agreement terms and conditions.
The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst transforms data into insights and supports business intelligence systems for contracted service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, build, and implement reports and visualizations using Tableau and Tableau Prep.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Audit data accuracy, consistency, security, and quality across platforms and databases.
- Advise on automated reporting system design and data structures.
- Recommend improvements to data gathering, modeling, management, storage, and reporting processes.
- Recommend automation to streamline manual processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the contracted service provider performance management program.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in information technology, information systems, computer sciences, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Proven experience designing and implementing dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Proven experience with data administration, automation, and data management.
