Senior Data Modeler (50448)

Role Description: As a Principle Engineer - Data Modeling at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models to support various business requirements. You will work with business analysts and architects to understand business needs and translate them into data models. You will be skilled in data modeling tools such as ERwin or ER/Studio and have experience in database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server. You will be responsible for ensuring that data models are accurate, efficient, and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Designing, implementing and maintaining data models for various business requirements • Creating and managing metadata and data dictionaries • Analyzing and optimizing database performance • Collaborating with other teams to ensure the consistency and integrity of data • Conducting data modeling workshops and training sessions • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior data modeling analysts. • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.
