Job Summary
Lead functional and advisory delivery of enterprise data-management workstreams for a major Saudi government project in Riyadh.

Translate business requirements and NDMO controls into implementable requirements, validate solution outcomes, and help establish sustainable data-management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned data-management workstreams and align delivery with project methodology, NDMO controls, specifications, and priorities.
- Lead data quality, catalog, metadata, classification, lineage, and governance activities for up to 1,500 critical datasets.
- Lead data profiling, quality-rule definition, cleansing, standardization, issue management, corrective actions, monitoring, and dashboards.
- Lead MDM/RDM activities covering domains, data models, matching, merging, deduplication, survivorship, golden records, and reference-data lifecycles.
- Lead metadata management, data inventory, glossaries, dictionaries, catalog onboarding, classification, and end-to-end lineage.
- Provide senior functional leadership across deployed Informatica data-quality, MDM, and governance/catalog capabilities.
- Translate business and NDMO requirements into functional and technical requirements and validate designs, configurations, outputs, and acceptance criteria.
- Support NDMO and NDI compliance through evidence, traceability, remediation, and readiness reviews.
- Coordinate applicable controls with cybersecurity, privacy, platform, and business teams.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, obtain decisions and approvals, prepare procedures and training, and review deliverables for quality and auditability.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Management, or another relevant technical field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in data management, governance, quality, MDM/RDM, metadata, or related consulting.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica data-management platforms.
- Hands-on experience across Informatica data quality, MDM, and governance/catalog capabilities.
- Practical experience with data quality, MDM/RDM, metadata, catalog, lineage, classification, and critical-data management.
- Strong working knowledge of NDMO controls and specifications.
- Experience working with Data Owners, Data Stewards, system owners, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh and join within a maximum one-month notice period.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master's degree is an advantage.
- Experience with IDMC and Cloud Data Governance & Catalog is an advantage where these products are part of the deployed stack.
- Saudi government or NDMO/NDI project experience is highly preferred.
- Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications
- Informatica Professional certification is preferred.
- CDMP or another recognized data-management or data-governance certification is preferred.
Key Deliverables and Contribution
Support approved delivery waves covering up to 1,500 critical datasets and associated data-management assets.
Support functional activation and sustainable operation of Informatica data-quality, MDM, and governance/catalog capabilities.
Deliver outputs covering data quality, MDM/RDM, metadata, catalog, classification, lineage, monitoring, and issue management.
Contribute to NDMO/NDI evidence, monthly reporting, procedures, training, knowledge transfer, and sustainability.
Work Arrangement
- The role is full-time and on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Riyadh and join within a maximum one-month notice period.
