Senior Data Management and User Experience Analyst

This is a hands-on role focused on dashboard development, data analysis, and problem solving. The candidate will develop Tableau dashboards and help maintain and troubleshoot existing reporting solutions. A strong focus on user experience and stakeholder engagement is essential to ensure delivered solutions are intuitive, valuable, and widely adopted.

We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who enjoys solving business problems through data. The successful candidate will have proven Tableau and SQL capabilities, a strong focus on end users, and the ability to independently drive work from requirements through delivery. Most importantly, they should be curious, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions that users trust and value. The ideal candidate combines solid technical skills with a client-centric mindset, is well organized, and can work independently while managing multiple priorities. They should be comfortable working with version-controlled development processes, collaborating with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into practical reporting solutions.

Demonstrated experience developing Tableau dashboards, with examples of previous work that can be discussed during the interview process.

Strong SQL skills with practical experience writing and troubleshooting queries.

Client-focused approach and ability to understand and respond to user needs.

Understanding of version control concepts and development lifecycle practices.

Strong self-organization, ownership, and attention to detail.

Ability to work with incomplete requirements and proactively seek clarification when needed.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in financial services, risk, treasury, or operational reporting is advantageous but not required
