Role Overview
Join the Incentive Compensation Delivery (ICD) Team as a Senior Data Management Analyst and shape critical operational decisions relating to Salesforce employees' experience across RBC’s Personal Banking, Commercial Banking and Wealth Management.
The ICD team—80+ employees based in Meadowvale, Mississauga and Minneapolis —administers, reports on, and processes over CAD 5 billion in variable compensation annually across 36 professional sales roles.
As part of the Process, Risk and Operational Intelligence team within ICD, you’ll work alongside colleagues who share a commitment to operational excellence, data integrity, and strategic compensation delivery.
This is a collaborative environment where your contributions directly support organizational goals.
In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between raw operational data and strategic decision-making, ensuring our compensation programs remain aligned with business objectives.
Your insights will directly influence how we allocate resources, optimize program delivery, and support thousands of Salesforce employees across North America.
