About the role
Lead analyst and data product owner dedicated to the Support and Influencing directorate.
Develop reporting, analysis and data products that improve understanding of service performance, access, equity and impact.
Work across the Data team and with Support and Influencing colleagues to support service design, planning, evaluation and decision-making.
Core responsibilities
- Develop consistent data collection processes, KPI definitions and analytical frameworks.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for colleagues and stakeholders.
- Build reporting and analytics roadmaps with stakeholders across a complex organisation.
- Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience and skills
- Bring extensive experience in data analysis and BI development.
- Have a strong track record of leading end-to-end reporting and analysis in complex organisations.
- Work confidently with multiple datasets and data sources.
- Use SQL and Excel, alongside BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Champion data quality and help others feel confident using data and insight.
