Role Overview
What you will be responsible for
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex UI applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards, promoting best practices across UI development teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX designers, backend teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UI developers, conducting code reviews, design reviews, and guiding the team on ReactJS best practices.
• Drive adoption of modern UI frameworks, component libraries, and tools (e.g., React, MUI, state management, build tools).
• Oversee UI performance optimization, accessibility, responsiveness and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, unit testing strategies, CI/CD integration, and adherence to development standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to delivery commitments.
• Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, propose solutions, and take ownership of technical decision‑making.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery and alignment with overall project and business goals.
