Senior Data Engineer

YES Communities, founded in 2008, owns and operates nearly 300 manufactured housing communities with locations across the United States.

YES takes a new approach to manufactured home communities and works to build and maintain an environment in each community that reflects their positive YES attitude.

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to own and evolve the enterprise data platform that powers reporting, analytics, planning, and automation across the company.

You'll build scalable pipelines, integrations, and data models that transform operational data into trusted data used throughout the organization.

As a key member of our team, you'll help shape the future of our data platform by influencing architecture decisions and modernizing core data infrastructure.

Your work will support operational teams, executives, and institutional investors, and you'll partner closely with BI, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions that drive better business decisions.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and SQL Server to integrate operational data into the enterprise data warehouse
• Develop and optimize enterprise data models, views, and semantic layers that serve as the trusted source of truth for reporting and analytics, including modernizing legacy stored procedure logic into more maintainable structures
• Engineer and maintain API integrations with third-party platforms and vendor systems
• Monitor pipeline health and data quality by implementing automated validation, reconciliation, and alerting so issues are caught before they reach the business
