Role overview
Dialogue is seeking a product-oriented Senior Data Developer to expand its data product catalogue.
The role focuses on structured data mart modeling in a cloud-based data warehouse and delivery of reliable, scalable data products.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain staging, intermediate, and mart layers in the data warehouse using dbt and Snowflake.
- Transform raw data into curated, documented datasets for client and statement-of-work reporting.
- Implement pipeline observability with logging, data quality checks, freshness monitoring, and alerting.
- Develop and own batch and event-driven pipelines using Snowpipe and EventBridge.
- Support eligibility management, engagement reporting, and care reimbursement data products.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Champion data governance, anonymization standards, privacy practices, and access controls.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, product managers, and software developers in an agile framework.
