Design and develop data integration strategies and solutions for complex projects or business issues

Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and develop solutions to support a continually evolving construction organization

Work with stakeholders at different levels in the organization

Manage and automate data flow

Organize data and optimize data retrieval

Determine requirements for data design

Create roles and procedures to ensure data integrity and security

Develop and maintain data warehouse

Operate and optimize: ensure customer satisfaction by providing highly-available, performant systems

As subject matter expert, ensure project teams follow data architecture standards

Develop ETL processes with Azure Data Factory and similar tools

Oversee a team of 2-4 employees

Manage staffing, including recruitment, communication of job expectations, supervision, employee development, evaluation and disciplinary actions

Conduct employee reviews annually or as needed and recognize and celebrate staff contributions
