Trissential is seeking a Senior Data Architect to join our client team remotely.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions.

They will develop data models to support data analysis and business intelligence, create and maintain data architectures, and define standards to ensure data quality.

This role requires overseeing data life cycle management activities, collaborating with various teams to understand data needs, evaluating emerging technologies for data management, and providing knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members.

The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to foster strong relationships.

This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data analysis and business intelligence
• Create and maintain current and target-state data architectures
• Define and manage standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure data quality
• Ensure technology solutions align with data architecture principles and target state
• Oversee end-to-end data life cycle management activities
• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and data analytics teams to understand data consumers’ needs and develop solutions
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for data management, storage, and analytics
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members
• Good knowledge of data management, data integration, and database development techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and/or data analysis
• Proficiency with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Hadoop, Teradata)
• Experience with ETL and other business intelligence tools
• Experience in developing reference architecture, principles, and standards
• Ability to relate architectural decisions and recommendations to business needs
• Demonstrated ability to regularly learn and adopt new technology
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles.

The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $156,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience.

This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
