Join the Data and Analytics team as a dedicated analytics partner to Product, Engineering, and Design.
Help define product success, track user behavior, validate launches, and identify opportunities across creator, brand, and shopper experiences.
This is a high-autonomy role with direct influence on product decisions and business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own product analytics and define success criteria, tracking requirements, and measurement plans from discovery through optimization.
- Build data models, dashboards, and analyses covering adoption, funnels, user behavior, and product performance.
- Validate launches and monitor live products using alerts and quality checks.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and evaluate experimentation, incrementality, and attribution strategies.
- Audit web and mobile tracking and partner with engineering teams to resolve data gaps.
- Measure AI-powered products and develop AI-enabled analytics workflows.
- Communicate recommendations and quantify the impact of product and analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
- Four or more years of Data and Analytics experience, preferably in product analytics or a relevant digital environment.
- Expert SQL skills with complex datasets, data models, pipelines, and modern cloud data warehouses.
- Strong business intelligence, BI modeling, data visualization, and dashboard storytelling experience.
- Experience with user behavior, conversion funnels, feature adoption, product performance, instrumentation, and measurement plans.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Experience with experimentation and measurement, including A/B testing, incrementality, or attribution.
- Working experience with Python, JavaScript, R, notebooks, or similar analysis and automation tools.
- Strong product intuition, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
Location Flexibility
- The company strongly prefers candidates based in New York City.
- Remote work is open to candidates on the East Coast.
Compensation
- The New York pay range is $125,000-$175,000 USD in base salary per year.
- The range excludes bonus potential and commission; compensation may vary with experience, scope, skills, and business considerations.
- Employees also receive equity in addition to cash compensation.
