Role Overview
The Senior People Data Analyst will play a leading role in the People Analytics team.
The role combines analytics engineering, end-to-end product ownership, stakeholder partnership, and machine learning or AI product development.
This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership of stakeholder relationships and the evolution of the People Analytics data platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead improvements to the People Analytics data ecosystem, including pipeline quality, semantic layers, and shared data products.
- Own product development from requirements and design through pipeline development, Looker delivery, and enablement.
- Partner with Business Partnering and Finance as the primary People Analytics contact.
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and AI-powered data products.
- Conduct advanced analyses, drive data fluency, and deliver demonstrations, documentation, training, and self-service tooling.
