- Design and develop data dashboards, reports, and data pipelines to support business insights and product analytics.
- Analyze large datasets to understand user behavior, product performance, and trends.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and product innovation.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Work on complex analytical problems requiring in depth evaluation of multiple variables.
- Apply appropriate analytical techniques and methodologies to deliver high quality results.
- Leverage ML/AI tools to generate insights and improve reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field (preferably within a product focused environment).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Experience building and managing ETL processes and data pipelines (e.g., Airflow, Apache Spark, or similar).
- Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
