Primary Responsibilities

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer Expertise: Leverage in depth knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer to architect end to end multi channel (email, sms, direct mail and digital media) journeys that align with marketing goals and objectives
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, participate in journey mapping activities, define touchpoints, and identify opportunities for personalized interactions
  • Technical Solution Design: Develop comprehensive technical solutions by applying architectural best practices, drawing on your understanding of email marketing, automation, and customer journey orchestration
  • Data Integration and audiences: Establish and optimize data integrations, ensuring accurate mapping from various sources to Adobe Journey Optimizer. Ensure audiences are built accurately in accordance with marketing campaign requirements
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough end to end testing and validation of AJO journeys to guarantee flawless execution and optimal user experiences
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor journeys post launch, analyzing data and metrics to ensure successful flow and identifying opportunities for optimization based on insights. Collaborate with analytics team to derive meaningful conclusions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certified in Adobe Journey Optimizer or equivalent certifications
  • Proven experience as an Adobe Journey Optimizer Architect or other marketing automation tool
  • Experience in cross platform integration and collaboration with various marketing tools and platforms
  • In depth understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, and customer journey orchestration
  • Familiarity with data integration and mapping, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow
  • Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer and other related tools/platforms (Salesforce marketing cloud, Marketo, Hubspot etc.)
  • Proven solid technical and analytical skills with the ability to design and implement complex solutions
  • Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Proven track record in architecting successful email marketing and automation solutions

Salary Range

  • The salary range for Canada residents is CAD 82,700 CAD 132,700 annually.
  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
