Responsibilities
- Leverage in depth knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer to architect end to end multi channel (email, sms, direct mail and digital media) journeys that align with marketing goals and objectives
- Work closely with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, participate in journey mapping activities, define touchpoints, and identify opportunities for personalized interactions
- Develop comprehensive technical solutions by applying architectural best practices, drawing on your understanding of email marketing, automation, and customer journey orchestration
- Establish and optimize data integrations, ensuring accurate mapping from various sources to Adobe Journey Optimizer. Ensure audiences are built accurately in accordance with marketing campaign requirements
- Conduct thorough end to end testing and validation of AJO journeys to guarantee flawless execution and optimal user experiences
- Monitor journeys post launch, analyzing data and metrics to ensure successful flow and identifying opportunities for optimization based on insights. Collaborate with analytics team to derive meaningful conclusions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Certified in Adobe Journey Optimizer or equivalent certifications
- Proven experience as an Adobe Journey Optimizer Architect or other marketing automation tool
- Experience in cross platform integration and collaboration with various marketing tools and platforms
- In depth understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, and customer journey orchestration
- Familiarity with data integration and mapping, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow
- Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer and other related tools/platforms (Salesforce marketing cloud, Marketo, Hubspot etc.)
- Proven solid technical and analytical skills with the ability to design and implement complex solutions
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record in architecting successful email marketing and automation solutions

Salary Range
- The salary range for Canada residents is CAD 82,700 CAD 132,700 annually.
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
