About the Role

Responsibilities

• Streamline existing processes and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Liaise with analytical staff to ensure identified issues are remediated promptly and effectively.
• Review and gather rating documents for regulatory examinations.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Information Technology teams on projects.
• Develop periodic employee training status reports.
• Assist with management reports related to rating processes, policies, and procedures.
• Review rating files for compliance with methodologies, policies, and procedures.
• Support ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or a related area is required.
• One to two years of compliance, audit, or regulatory analysis experience in financial services or accounting is required.
• Credit rating agency experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, investigative, judgment, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
