Role overview
Prima is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Claims UK team to support growth in motor insurance.
The role will build dashboards, conduct deep-dive analysis, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own technical standards for data warehousing architecture, data modelling, and data cleanliness.
- Build and scale the analytics team by contributing to talent acquisition and capability planning.
- Define KPIs and metrics for dashboards and analysis.
- Translate complex data structures into clear, actionable business insights.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Build live dashboards and conduct deep-dive analysis.
What Prima is looking for
- Four or more years of experience in data science or data analytics, including building live dashboards.
- Experience leading a team of data scientists.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Databricks.
- Comfort working in a growing or scale-up business environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
