Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities through analysis aligned with company strategy.
• Translate data findings into actionable product and business decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests for product changes and user experience optimization.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports for platform health, user behavior, and trends.
• Communicate findings clearly to influence tactical and strategic decisions.
• Use AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis and uncover deeper insights.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of data analytics experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong command of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Matplotlib.
• Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests using sound experimental methodology.
• Strong understanding of using AI to improve analysis speed, accuracy, and impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for explaining complex data.
• Availability to work hybrid, with at least three days per week from the office.
