The Performance team uses data to help brands and rights holders understand, grow, and engage their audiences.
The Senior Data Analyst will transform complex data into actionable insights, lead analytics projects, develop data solutions, and help shape analytics capabilities.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership across a global portfolio, including client work, new business support, mentoring, and cross-business collaboration.
What you'll do
- Lead analytics for global clients using campaign and audience data to produce strategic insights and recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, forecasting models, and proprietary analytics tools that improve decisions and operational efficiency.
- Support audience analysis, digital rights valuation, segmentation, and performance measurement consultancy projects.
- Automate manual processes, improve data quality, and enhance the team's use of analytics technologies.
- Contribute analytical expertise to proposals, scopes of work, and client presentations.
- Shape the team's analytics strategy, data roadmap, and future capabilities.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and high-quality delivery.
- Communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders and other technical and non-technical audiences.
