- Utilize data insights to optimize product features, improve customer experience, and enable operational process automation
- Develop comprehensive data models considering data privacy, accessibility, and accuracy
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI/Reporting Leads to fulfill business requirements
- Create dashboards and alerts and present them effectively to stakeholders
- Standardize business terminologies across the company for well defined KPIs and metrics
- Continuously optimize team processes and data solutions for better efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior team members to uphold best data practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a solid background in statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- In depth technical proficiency with SQL (preferably PostgreSQL), programming languages (Python/R), and ETL/ELT frameworks
- Extensive experience with data modeling, data aggregation best practices, and designing scalable analytics solutions
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Looker Studio, etc.) and creating impactful dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align analytics solutions to strategic objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions) is highly valued

- You'll lead the charge in cultivating a data driven culture, mentoring junior analysts while collaborating with data engineers and BI teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Your challenges

- Develop comprehensive data models for business analytics requirements while considering data privacy, data accessibility, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate across data teams with data engineers and BI/Reporting Leads to fulfill business requirements.
- Provide actionable reporting solutions: Create dashboards and alerts and present them effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a solid background in statistics, mathematics, or engineering.

- Knowledge of financial products, digital marketing platforms, data science methodologies, and proficiency with AI/low code data tools are strong advantages.
