Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst supporting data-driven decision-making across Life Insurance operations.

The role delivers insights that improve sales performance, customer retention, operational efficiency, customer experience, and new market expansion.

Sales Optimization and Growth

  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve lead conversion, agent productivity, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports for key sales metrics.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, sales strategy, and reporting automation initiatives.

Care and Support Analytics

  • Analyze customer and policyholder behavior to identify drivers of retention, persistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor post-sales metrics including retention, service levels, and customer experience.
  • Partner with Care and Support teams on operational improvements and customer retention initiatives.

Market Expansion and Knowledge Transfer

  • Document and transfer operational, sales, lead management, and customer service learnings to support expansion into new markets.
  • Maintain knowledge repositories, documentation, and reporting standards for market launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational readiness and track implementation milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Experience in Life Insurance, Financial Services, or a regulated industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL skills, including Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Experience with Databricks, predictive analytics, automated reporting, dashboards, ETL processes, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
