Role Overview
Own end-to-end analysis workflows from data extraction and transformation through insight delivery.
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate on solutions.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, optimized SQL queries for segmentation, funnel analysis, and custom business logic.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for client-facing and internal reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation across all deliverables.
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role.
- Strong SQL proficiency across platforms such as T-SQL, BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
- At least 3 years of experience building Power BI dashboards and reports, including DAX, data modeling, and visual design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with large, messy datasets.
- Clear communication skills for explaining findings and logic to business stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Python knowledge, including pandas, NumPy, or basic scripting for automation, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CLM tools such as MoEngage and marketing or digital analytics sources such as GA4 is advantageous.
