Job Description
- Own end-to-end analysis workflows — from data extraction and transformation to insight delivery
- Write clean, optimized SQL queries for segmentation, funnel analysis, and custom business logic
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for client-facing and internal reporting
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate on solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation across all deliverables
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role
- Strong SQL proficiency across any platform ( T-SQL,Big Query, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.) — including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and custom segmentation logic
- 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI — including DAX, data modelling, and visual design
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights
