Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced data science and analytics solutions
- Design and execute data analysis workflows using statistical and mathematical modeling techniques
- Build and manage ETL pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and delivering structured and unstructured data
- Develop and integrate APIs and data services to support enterprise analytics platforms
- Perform software integration and testing, including development and execution of test plans and scripts
- Utilize Python, R, and other scripting languages for data analysis and automation
- Apply data mining, graph algorithms, and statistical techniques to support mission objectives
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, search indexes, and web application servers
- Leverage tools such as Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, Requests, and related data science libraries
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using spreadsheets and other tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure analytics solutions
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics
- Experience with software integration or testing, including analyzing and implementing test plans and scripts
- Strong experience with scripting languages such as Python and R
- Experience with data science, data mining, statistics, and graph algorithms
- Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, API development, ETL pipelines, web application servers, and search indexing technologies
- Experience using tools and frameworks such as: Python, Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, Requests

- Strong foundation in complex mathematical and statistical concepts
- Experience applying statistical analysis and operations research methodologies
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization using spreadsheets and related tools
- Certifications (Preferred) One or more relevant industry certifications, such as:
- CompTIA Cloud Essentials, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA), MCPD, MCSD, MCSE
- Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK)
- EMC Data Science Associate (EMCDSA)
- Cloudera Certified Data Scientist (CCDH) / Certified Cloud Professional (CCP)
- Certified Apache Hadoop Developer (HCAHD) / Cloudera Certified Administrator for Apache Hadoop (CCAH)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
