Lead strategic analytics initiatives that connect complex data architectures with high-level business decisions.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders across Delhi NCR operations.

What You’ll Do
- Lead analytical projects across marketing, finance, and operations to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Build and scale centralized dashboards and data models using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Write complex SQL, optimize data pipelines, and use Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Define metrics, structure ambiguous business problems, and present recommendations to senior leaders.
- Establish data quality and reporting standards and mentor junior data team members.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or decision science.
- Master-level SQL proficiency and strong hands-on Python or R expertise.
- Experience building enterprise-grade dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand business goals, revenue models, and operational constraints.
- Exceptional communication and executive-level data storytelling skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Databricks.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation design, or causal inference.

Compensation
- Pay is ₹72,000.00–₹76,000.00 per month.
