Unit8 seeks a Senior Data & AI Consultant/Consulting Lead to establish its Canadian presence. You will drive business development, project delivery, and client relationships, guiding clients on data and AI strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the head of Data & AI Consulting practice as part of a small, high performing team
- Identify use cases across analytics, generative, and agentic AI that create business value for clients from strategy to implementation
- Guide clients on becoming data and AI driven by assessing maturity, spotting use cases, and shaping roadmaps
- Team up with data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers and solution architects to turn use cases into impactful solutions
- Shape enablers such as data & AI governance, LLMOps, MLOps, responsible AI, and operating models
- Contribute to business development through conferences, workshops, and client conversations
- Support creation of white papers and thought leadership on data science & AI topics
Requirements
- 5 10 years of work experience in a leading management consultancy at the intersection of business & technology or equivalent corporate experience
- Track record of advising clients on data and AI (e.g., Agentic AI, GenAI, data & AI platforms) and seeing engagements through to outcomes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or natural sciences
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
