About the Role
Moneymoon is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to support cybersecurity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in alignment with SAMA CSF. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies aligned with SAMA CSF.
- Develop, maintain, and update cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and support risk mitigation plans.
- Support compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain cybersecurity documentation and audit ready materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors, SOC teams, and cloud providers for monitoring and incident response.
- Support third party and cloud security governance.
- Contribute to cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident playbooks.
- Prepare regular reports on cybersecurity KPIs, incidents, risks, and compliance status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands on cybersecurity experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
- Experience in cybersecurity governance, policies, risk assessments, awareness programs, and compliance documentation
- Good understanding of third party risk management, cloud security, security operations, incident management, and vulnerability management
- Strong communication skills

Role Overview
- Looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to support and strengthen Moneymoon’s cybersecurity function.
- Focus on cybersecurity governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, policies, third party security, incident management, and security maturity in alignment with SAMA CSF.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity strategies aligned with SAMA CSF.
- Develop, maintain, and update cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and support risk mitigation plans.
- Support compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain cybersecurity documentation, evidence, reports, and audit ready materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors, SOC teams, cloud providers, and technology partners.
- Support third party and cloud security governance.
- Contribute to cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, incident playbooks, and escalation procedures.
- Prepare regular reports covering cybersecurity KPIs, incidents, risks, compliance status, and maturity progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on cybersecurity experience, preferably within fintech, financial services, or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
- Experience in cybersecurity governance, policies, risk assessments, awareness programs, and compliance documentation.
- Good understanding of third party risk management, cloud security, security operations, incident management, and vulnerability management.
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain cybersecurity topics to technical and non technical stakeholders.
