Global Customer Support
- Act as a global contact for escalated orders, claims, and sales-return enquiries.
- Provide second-line support through case-management solutions and the internal knowledge base.
- Communicate solutions and next steps and follow cases through resolution.
Orders, Deliveries, and Returns
- Process and maintain ERP M3 orders, including amendments, corrections, cancellations, and system errors.
