About the Role
Hamad International Airport is seeking a customer-service professional to deliver a seamless and convenient passenger experience.
The role supports customer-service operations, provides airport information, and contributes to service-quality and satisfaction improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor by providing data for shift reports.
- Prevent and report misuse of company assets or customer property through the correct process.
- Support procedures, manuals, and policies for senior customer service operations.
- Provide accurate information about flights, transport, dining, airlines, lounges, hotels, and airport facilities.
- Conduct customer surveys to identify needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, coordinate, and monitor weekly lost-property disposal with governmental agencies.
- Check Passenger Terminal Complex quality, asset serviceability, and cleanliness against KPI and SLA standards.
- Prepare departure, arrival, and transfer queue-management reports for the supervisor.
- Prepare reports on meals provided to passengers affected by airport-operation disruptions.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least one year of job-related customer-service experience, or a high school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.
