Role Overview
EduRun Group is hiring a Customer Engineer or Senior Customer Engineer for the elevator industry in Central Line, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute periodic and preventive elevator maintenance according to safety and quality standards.
- Attend breakdowns and callbacks and ensure timely resolution.
- Independently troubleshoot elevator issues and complete service calls.
- Plan maintenance jobs and supervise subcontractor teams.
- Coordinate with teams for spare parts and components.
- Identify spare-parts requirements and support spare-parts sales.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and minimum downtime.
Key Requirements
- Elevator industry service or maintenance experience is required.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown handling is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills are required.
- Experience with large or high-rise elevator projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of drives, safety circuits, voltage, and governor functionality is required.
- A degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering, or ITI qualification is specified.
