Role Overview
You and your teammate are a senior creative with a proven track record, ideally complemented by a few prestigious awards.
Whether you specialize in art and copy, design, or a hybrid approach, your role is to deliver digital-first advertising campaigns for national and global clients across all channels.
You are a proactive and an integrated thinker, ready to generate original ideas that help our clients stay ahead.
Your concepts will be rooted in culture—focused on building brands rather than just adding to the noise.
You will be responsible for creating campaigns for a range of well-known clients in the Dutch market, as well as other local and international brands like Philips, Grolsch, Praxis and Ziggo.
Our creative department is evolving and comprises a mix of talented creatives and specialists in media, social, and technology, all working together to showcase the best DEPT has to offer.
You’ll bring at least 5 years of agency experience and the ability to sell your ideas with flair, backing them up with strategic insights, trends, and data to create memorable advertising.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Extensive experience as a Creative in an agency with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and original storytelling.
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills, capable of working with Dutch and international brands.
- Ability to use humor in campaigns, creating engaging and memorable content.
- A proactive mindset with a small agency mentality with a drive to take initiative, lead projects, and deliver results without waiting for direction
- Keen interest in digital trends and social media
