About the Role
Support large-scale mission-critical and data center construction projects across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Provide client-facing cost management, commercial guidance, and quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.
Work independently and collaboratively while promoting company purpose, values, and vision.
Responsibilities
- Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout construction.
- Provide estimating, cost planning, commercial management, and final cost plan presentations.
- Review estimates with design teams and contractors and validate quantity and pricing information.
- Prepare cost updates, forecasts, contractor submission comments, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate contractor, supplier, subcontractor, and design team cost information.
- Provide commercial input on design decisions, value engineering, and cost impacts.
- Manage valuations, cost checks, forecasting, commitments, contingency, risk, and change control.
- Prepare funding presentations, maintain cost plans, produce monthly reports, and support final account agreement.
- Maintain benchmarking and historical cost records and mentor junior team members.
- Use company systems for project financial performance, resource planning, and reporting.
