- Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 12 14 years of experience
- Work experience in large scale Infrastructure Projects (Roads & Bridges)
- Ability to create accurate cost estimates based on data analysis and historical information
- Expertise in developing, managing, and monitoring budgets
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret cost data and identify trends
- Proficiency in cost estimating and reporting software, mainly CostX
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
