**Esnad Contracting Company** is looking for a **Senior Cost Control Engineer** to support project-level cost management across major infrastructure projects.
The role focuses on budgeting, cost monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow tracking, ensuring accurate cost control and supporting project teams in achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project budgets and cost planning
- Monitor costs vs. budget and perform variance analysis
- Track labor, materials, subcontractor, and equipment costs
- Prepare cost forecasts and cash flow reports
- Maintain cost reports, dashboards, and ERP data accuracy
- Review invoices, commitments, and accruals
- Coordinate with project teams to identify cost risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15–20 years of experience in cost control within construction/infrastructure
- Strong experience in project cost monitoring and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience in roads, bridges, or infrastructure projects preferred
- GCC experience is a plus
