Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 5 8 years' experience in corporate finance, FP&A, commercial analysis, investment banking, or equity research
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills
- Experience preparing board, investor, or capital markets materials
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives and manage multiple priorities

Position Summary
- Reporting to the CEO, CFO, and Strategic Advisor, the Senior Analyst provides commercial and financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
- The role is responsible for financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, investor materials, and evaluating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial, cash flow, and project models.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare board papers, investor presentations, and market updates.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and funding opportunities.
- Support due diligence, commercial analysis, and decision making.

Must Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 8 years' experience in corporate finance, FP&A, commercial analysis, investment banking, or equity research.
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills.
- Experience preparing board, investor, or capital markets materials.

Preferred
- CA, CPA, or CFA qualification (completed or in progress).
- Experience in mining, resources, exploration, or natural resources sectors.
