Responsibilities
- Perform all corporate services functions in relation to the designated portfolio of companies
- Liaise with clients, law firms, government offices, courier service providers, registries of corporate affairs, intermediaries, marketing professionals and other interested parties
- Provide an excellent customer experience by adhering to Trident’s established core values
- Respond promptly and effectively to service inquiries, as well as concerns and complaints from clients and referral offices
- Maintain relevant, up to date knowledge, along with a clear understanding and application of applicable legislation, processes and policies
- Offer suggestions to improve procedures and enhance the overall customer experience
- Resolve day to day service and staff issues as required
- Comply with and observe all anti money laundering (AML) and counter terrorist financing policies and procedures
- Review frequently and maintain working knowledge of AML regulations, AML code, IT policy, GDPR policies, and economic substance legislation
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification or ability to work towards one; alternatively qualified by experience
- At least 3 5 years’ working experience in a similar position within a CSP firm
- Working knowledge of the mechanisms of the registries of corporate affairs in UAE
- Attention to detail, self management, and ability to effectively prioritize workload and tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with tact and confidence

Overview
- Trident Trust is a leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund services to the financial services sector worldwide, employing over 1,100 staff across a global footprint.
- We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist clients in matters related to various jurisdictions in UAE, principally RAK, JAFZA, DMCC and DIFC.
Duties
- Perform all corporate services functions in relation to the designated portfolio of companies, as outlined in the procedural guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, law firms, government offices, courier service providers, registries of corporate affairs, intermediaries, marketing professionals and other interested parties to ensure client instructions are performed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by adhering to Trident’s established core values: responsiveness, attention to detail, personalized service and reliability.
- Respond promptly and effectively to service inquiries, as well as concerns and complaints from clients and referral offices.
- Maintain relevant, up to date knowledge, along with a clear understanding and application of applicable legislation, processes and policies.

Skills and Knowledge
- Relevant professional qualification or ability and commitment to work towards an approved relevant professional qualification; alternatively, an employee may be qualified by experience.

- Ability to function in high pressure situations with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Working knowledge of the mechanisms of the registries of corporate affairs in UAE.
