Overview
The role is suited for a senior communications professional with strong experience in media content development, government communication, and strategic editorial writing within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit Arabic press releases, media statements, leadership remarks, and official announcements
- Prepare media talking points, briefing notes, speeches, panel scripts, and moderation materials for forums and high-level events
- Develop opinion articles, strategic media content, reports, communication narratives, and executive messaging
- Support media positioning and messaging aligned with government priorities, national agendas, and official communication directions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, tone, and editorial quality across all media and communication materials
- Coordinate closely with account teams and clients to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines
- Adapt messaging for media engagement, public communication, and leadership visibility initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in media, journalism, public relations, or strategic communications
- Proven experience working with UAE government entities and official communication environments
- Strong understanding of UAE government communication frameworks, media protocols, and official messaging practices
- Excellent Arabic editorial and media writing skills across multiple content formats
- Previous experience within a PR or communications agency is highly preferred
- Strong command of English
- Ability to manage fast-paced media requirements with high attention to detail
