Position Overview
The Senior Controls Engineer is responsible for the design, development, programming, and commissioning of control systems for automated machinery and industrial processes. This role includes leading complex controls projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PLC/HMI programming, motion control, system integration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and motion control platforms.
- Program and debug PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Create HMI/SCADA interfaces and dashboards for machine/user interaction.
