Senior Controls Engineer

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience executing custom automation solutions building factory automation; with a minimum specifically of 2 years in design/programming from inception Specific to the level of knowledge and experience, the position has an accelerating degree of accountability and responsibility

Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory automation would be considered an asset

Post-secondary education specializing in electronics, electrical or controls technology with an emphasis on factory automation solutions

Strong computer, problem solving, organizational, and coaching skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required

Must be proficient with PLC, HMI, Robotics programming and AutoCAD

Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, and Omron programming software experience preferred

Fanuc, Kuka, ABB or Nachi Robot programming experience preferred

Cognex, Keyence vision programming experience preferred
