Responsibilities
- Lead contract administration throughout the EPC project lifecycle
- Manage EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, variations, EOTs, claims, and contractual correspondence
- Support tender reviews, contract negotiations, and commercial risk management
- Ensure contractual obligations are properly managed between the Employer, EPC Contractor, and Subcontractors
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, and legal teams to support successful project delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of Contracts or Commercial Management experience within EPC projects
- Experience in Renewable Energy, Power, Transmission & Distribution, or Infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of EPC contract administration, claims, variations, EOT, and commercial risk
- Experience with FIDIC and owner drafted EPC contracts is highly preferred
- Familiarity with IPP projects, PPA interfaces, or project finance structures will be an advantage
- Experience working in the Middle East and/or Africa is preferred
- Professional proficiency in English is required
- Mandarin Chinese language skills are required due to regular collaboration with Chinese speaking regional management and project teams
- Willing to relocate to Dubai and travel to project sites when required

Overview
- POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. – Dubai Branch is looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our Regional Headquarters in Dubai.
- You will support utility scale renewable energy EPC projects across the Middle East and Africa, working closely with project teams from tender stage through project execution and close out.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract administration throughout the EPC project lifecycle.
- Manage EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, variations, EOTs, claims, and contractual correspondence.
