Job Purpose
Support the planning, tendering, negotiation, and administration of contracts for offshore and onshore maintenance activities.
Help optimize production uptime and cost efficiency while managing compliance and commercial risk within oil and gas operations.
Contract Details
- The position is a fixed-term contract lasting two years.
- The role is full time.
Contract Strategy and Tendering
- Prepare contract dossiers and define contractual responsibilities with the DUET counterpart.
- Participate in contract strategy validation and implementation.
- Conduct market surveys and maintain current databases of qualified contractors, suppliers, and potential bidders.
- Analyze market responses, assess contractor capabilities, and pre-qualify bidders.
- Develop bidder lists, target prices, commercial evaluation criteria, and call-for-tender documentation.
- Coordinate Contracts Committee meetings and manage commercial tender documents.
Evaluation and Administration
- Analyze commercial bids and support technical-commercial evaluations.
