Senior Contract Administrator / Superintendent – Major Infrastructure

We’re looking for a senior infrastructure professional who combines deep technical and construction experience with strong commercial judgement and leadership capability.

A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognised by Engineers Australia.

RPEQ registration .

Extensive experience in the contract administration and delivery of major road infrastructure projects.

Significant experience acting as a Contract Administrator, Superintendent, Administrator’s Representative or Principal’s Representative .

Strong experience administering complex road infrastructure construction contracts, ideally including TIC-CO, D&C, CPA, Alliance or equivalent contracts .

Extensive knowledge of contract administration, including variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims, contractual notices, disputes and contractor performance.

A strong understanding of civil construction and infrastructure delivery, including roads, bridges, pavements, earthworks, drainage and associated infrastructure.

Strong understanding of Transport and Main Roads policies, standards, specifications and contract procedures .

Major road upgrades and transport infrastructure

High-value construct-only and Design & Construct projects

Bridges and major structures

Earthworks and complex pavement construction

Drainage and stormwater infrastructure

Road furniture and safety infrastructure

Electrical infrastructure and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)

Landscaping and urban design

Retaining structures and associated civil works

Complex multidisciplinary transport programs

This role provides the opportunity to work at the intersection of construction, contracts, commercial management and project leadership — with genuine influence over how major infrastructure projects are delivered.
