15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.

Proven ability to mentor and develop colleagues in contracting principles and practices

Demonstrated experience managing IDIQ contracts

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, as this position creates contract‑specific estimating templates • Experience with NSWCPD or NIWC contracts • Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS • Ability to create, maintain, and improve pricing or estimating tools • Experience supporting cross‑functional proposal or contracting teams • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
