Senior Consultant – Valuation

We are currently seeking a highly experienced

Senior Consultant – Valuation

to join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and high-quality service delivery within the valuation function.

Job Purpose

The Senior Consultant – Valuation will oversee department operations, ensure compliance with international valuation standards, and support business growth through client acquisition and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high professional standards.

Operational Leadership

  • Manage day-to-day valuation operations and project allocation
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality valuation reports
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and workload distribution
  • Improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Strategic & Business Development

  • Support strategic planning and operational readiness for new projects
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Lead proposals, tenders, and client engagements
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor for strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated solutions

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Promote continuous professional development and compliance
  • Build high-performing teams aligned with business goals

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to RICS standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain high ethical and professional standards
  • Implement quality control frameworks for all deliverables

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • MRICS or FRICS certification is mandatory
  • 5–10 years of experience in valuation, advisory, or operations
  • Proven experience in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of valuation standards and reporting practices

  • Commercial awareness and financial understanding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
