Role Description
Full-time, on-site Senior Consultant position based in Riyadh.
Lead client engagements, diagnose business challenges, and design practical, data-driven solutions across strategy, operations, and digital transformation.
Collaborate with internal teams, manage project delivery, mentor junior colleagues, and support business development.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews.
- Prepare structured presentations and recommendations for executive-level clients.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to business development and improve consulting methodologies and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated management consulting or similar advisory experience leading complex client projects.
- Strong analytical, quantitative analysis, data interpretation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven project management capability and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and mentor or coach junior colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least seven years of professional experience in consulting is required.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and availability for occasional travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master’s degree such as an MBA is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, customer experience, or localization-related projects is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Arabic and prior experience in Riyadh or the broader GCC region are beneficial.
