About the Role
BWA Middle East seeks a Senior Consultant for quantity surveying and cost management in Dubai. The role involves leading precontract cost planning, preparing estimates and cost plans, and mentoring junior team members.

- Lead precontract cost planning and cost management activities
- Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans
- Produce design stage measurements

- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
Requirements
- Quantity surveying degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years PQS post qualification experience
- At least 5 years UAE experience
- Strong cost planning and cost management skills
- Good working knowledge of POMI & NRM methods of measurement
- IT competency with QS software
- Ability to manage small teams and prioritize workload
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Professional membership MRICS/MCIOB is an advantage

Role Description

- Experience managing small teams.
- Ability to achieve deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills.
