About The Role
Perform by AI is supporting a GCC-based consulting firm on the delivery of a scope of work for their client — a large national healthcare operator in Saudi Arabia.
As part of the end client's strategic transformation, the project focuses on collecting critical workforce data across their facility network to enable more effective workforce planning, maximise staff availability, and support the establishment of a structured virtual workforce pool model.
We are sourcing a Senior Consultant in Healthcare Workforce Planning to join the delivery team on a full-time, onsite basis in Riyadh, starting 10 May 2026 (or 17 May 2026), for approximately 3 months.
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- *Applications not meeting all of the below will not be considered:*
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a boutique or Big 4 consulting firm
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Saudi healthcare sector
- Last 2 years must include hands-on project delivery and data analytics work — either within an internal project team or in a consultancy
- Available to start in May 2026 (onsite, Riyadh)
- Legally eligible to work as a contractor in KSA — ideally based in Riyadh
- Fluent English
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Supporting project management, reporting, and delivery of the workforce data and planning engagement
- Contributing to the design and implementation of the end-to-end data management lifecycle — communications tools, validation frameworks, and analysis methodologies
- Engaging with healthcare facility stakeholders and providers to drive alignment on data collection, ensure timely submission, and validate quality
- Developing and facilitating workshops with client teams and senior stakeholders
- Contributing to, and where required leading, the development of final deliverables — data collection reports and the final analysis and recommendations
Preferred (Strong Plus)
- Saudi nationals
- Arabic (native or fluent)
- Experience across GCC, EU, or UK markets
- Certifications in project management, healthcare, or data analytics
- Workshop facilitation experience with senior client stakeholders
- Workforce planning or healthcare data strategy engagement experience
Education
Undergraduate degree required (minimum).
