capSpire is seeking an experienced Endur Functional Consultant to join their ETRM/CTRM practice in the UAE. The role involves implementing, upgrading, and supporting Endur solutions for commodity and energy markets, including deal modelling, risk management, and accounting.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements and processes to be addressed by Endur solution
- Work as part of a team on functional implementation including design, configuration, functional testing and support transition to operations
- Support existing solutions for bug fixes, enhancements and operations
- Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other deliverables
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customisations based on specific client needs
- Provide industry and functional advisory as needed
- Maintain effective communication with client and internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance and training on Endur functionality and general ETRM/CTRM topics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years hands on with Endur as a consultant, business analyst, functional specialist, QA specialist or IT support specialist
- At least 4+ years of industry work experience
- Good working understanding of various functional areas and relevant modules of Endur
- Experience in conducting comprehensive testing and quality assurance activities
- Ability to travel to onsite client locations as per project requirements

About the role
- We are growing our ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and looking for experienced Endur Consultants with expertise in Commodity or Energy markets and Trading and Risk Management System Implementations.
- You will be involved in implementation/upgrade/support of Endur, bringing SME knowledge in deal modelling, deal valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements and processes to be addressed by Endur.
- Work as part of a team on functional implementation encompassing design, configuration, functional testing and support transition to operations.
- Support existing solutions for bug fixes, enhancements and operations.
- Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other deliverables.

- Provide industry and functional advisory as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with client and internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and training on Endur functionality and general ETRM/CTRM topics.
Skills
- Endur Modules: Good working knowledge in key modules of Endur and commodity/energy operations with working knowledge of V19 and above.
- Endur Risk Management: Knowledge of Endur risk and valuation functionality including results (MTM, PnL, VAR), and EOD automation (TPM and Services Manager).
- Endur Customisation: Deep knowledge of standard and customisation approaches for implementation of requirements.
- Endur Architecture: Understanding of Endur architecture and best implementation practices.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of Gas, Power, Renewables, LNG or Crude and Refined Products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi tasking and Project Management skills.
- Strong organisational & analytical skills and attention to detail.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years hands on with Endur as a consultant, business analyst, functional specialist, QA specialist or IT support specialist with working knowledge of V19 and above.
- At least 4+ years of industry work experience.

- Worked as part of a cross cultural/geographical team.
- Worked as part of a project team structure and delivered results with limited guidance.
- Ability to travel to onsite client locations for a limited time as per project requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Subject matter expert or functional consultant in Commodity Trading, Risk or Logistics business areas.
- Worked in Front, Middle or Back Office functions with speciality in Trading, Risk, Logistics or Settlements.
- Experience with Endur gMotion or cMotion modules would be advantageous.
