Responsibilities
- Participate in proposals for tax projects including proposal writing and client interaction
- Deliver high quality tax engagements for manager/partner review in a timely manner
- Build relationships with other functions, network offices, lawyers, and investment managers
- Coordinate with other offices in multi office engagements and review inputs
- Ensure risk processes are adhered to and consult internally for deviations
- Maintain up to date practice management including timesheets, billing, and WIP review
- Communicate regularly with partner/director on client, people, risk, and practice management
Requirements
- ADIT/Accounting (CA, ACCA, CPA) or legal qualification
- At least 4 years of international corporate tax consulting/M&A experience
- Basic to good knowledge of international corporate tax
- Good report writing and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent English (verbal & written)

Job Description

Typical Experience/Qualifications
- ADIT/Accounting (CA, ACCA, CPA) or legal qualification
- At least 4 years of international corporate tax consulting/ M&A experience
Job Role And Responsibilities
- Participates in proposals for tax projects and multifunctional projects including proposal writing
- Delivers high quality tax engagements for manager / partner review in a timely manner
- Starts to build relationships with other functions and network offices, as well as lawyers investment managers
- Co ordinates with other offices in a multi office engagement
- Ensures risk processes are adhered to at all times
- Ensures practice management is up to date including timesheets, client files, billing, collection
- Communicates regularly with the partner / director on client, people, risk and practice management
Relevant Skills And Behaviors
- Basic to good knowledge and experience in international corporate tax
- Basic to good knowledge and experience in tax due diligence
- Basic to practical knowledge of tax accounting, transfer pricing and International Executive Services
- Basic experience in business development, client relationship and client management
- Good risk management knowledge and application
- Basic to good practice management skills
- Good report writing skills
- Good project management skills

- Good academic record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Fluent English – Verbal & written, Arabic skills are an added advantage
